EXPERIENCE 

The Law Office of Debra Corcoran located in Richmond, Virginia - July 1990 up through the present. Owned and managed a small law-firm with a focus on criminal defense, including serious felonies in both State and Federal Courts, along with a considerable Title IX practice. Co-drafted §19.2-303.6 for Deferred Dispositions in criminal cases for individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Also experienced in mass-tort litigation involving large fires, and to a lesser degree, products liability involving dangerous animal products.
